The algie is normally between two to eight centimeters long, but is crushed down to sand in AquaPuro. The Corallina algie enriches the water, especially with magnesium and calsium.
Chitosan is produced by grinding the skeletons of different shellfish in the ocean. Chitosan has the unique ability to attract impurities in water, and has a retardant effect on bacteria. It's used in AquaPuro to eliminate and recude bacteria.
Calcium ascorbate is a C-vitamin that's used in AquaPuro to remove chlorine and adjust the pH-value. The C-vitamin itself will be added to the water, making it not only rich in minerals, but also this important vitamin.
A correct combination of these ingredients leads to a product that will remove chlorine, bacterias and bad taste, while at the same time adding imporant nutriants to the water.
One AquaPuro-bag can be used to up to 2 litres of water, but also other liquids. AquaPuro starts working the second it comes in contact with water, but has best effect if it is given a few minutes to do its magic.
